Japan (Domestic)

  • Free shipping nationwide

International Shipping

  • Shipping fees may apply depending on the destination country or region.

  • The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note:
Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Methods

Japan (Domestic)

  • Orders are shipped via Standard Mail (Non-tracked).

International

  • Orders are shipped via International Mail.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region.

Available shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard International Shipping (No Tracking)

  • Tracked International Shipping

Please note that the shipping method cannot be changed after the order is placed.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Shipping may take longer during weekends, holidays, year-end/New Year periods, or peak seasons.

  • Delays may also occur due to weather conditions or carrier-related issues.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Japan: A few days after shipment

  • International: Approximately 1–3 weeks after shipment (varies by region)

Tracking & Delivery Issues

  • Standard Mail and some International Mail services do not include tracking.

  • For tracked shipments, a tracking number will be provided after dispatch.

Important:
Orders shipped without tracking are not eligible for refunds or replacements in the event of loss or significant delay.

Important Notes

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  • If a package is returned due to long-term absence or refusal to accept delivery, reshipping will require an additional fee.
